Reward Card at the register and earn Heaven's Reward points.

You can watch the value grow and as you accumulate your

Heaven's Reward points use them to purchase any of the

Heaven's yummy products.

The "Terms and Conditions" below are applicable to the "Heaven's Rewards Card" known herein as the "Card" and the user agrees to the following:

1. The Card is not a credit card and is not in any way a card to be used for financial purpose.

2. The Card remains the property of Heaven's Bakery Ltd and must be
returned upon request. If lost or stolen please return to 6 Gloucester Street, Greenmeadows, Napier.

3. The Privacy Act of 1993 gives you the right to see or correct your personal information held by Heaven's Bakery Ltd. Your details will not be used or sold in any way or by any other company outside Heaven's Bakery.

4. The User consents to their personal information being utilized to send Heaven's Bakery marketing and Card information.

5. Heaven's Bakery accepts no liability for a lost or stolen Card however will
provide a replacement card at a cost to the user of $5.00. Points will then begin again at zero (0).

6. The Card can only be used by the registered user (the person who it was issued to).

7. Card points cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Heaven's Bakery reserves the right to refuse Card registration or to issue points at any time.

9. The card can only be used at the time of sale. Points can not be added on later.

10. You cannot earn Heaven's Reward points on your Card and redeem points at the same time.

11. Once you have added Heaven's Reward points to your card these dollars will take 24 hours to become available to redeem.

12. No Heaven's Reward points can be collected when receiving a refund, items on special, cold drinks or on any product promotions.

13. Heaven's Bakery take no responsibility for Heaven's Reward point collection and/or redemption when computer outage occurs.

Heaven's Bakery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

The user agrees to consent these changes as they occur.
